Invernevis Bed and Breakfast is a Victorian villa situated within easy reach of Inverness city and local attractions. A ten minute walk can lead you to the bank of the river Ness, Inverness Castle and the city centre, a ten minute walk in the other direction takes you to the Caledonian Canal where you can watch the boats work their way through the lock system or have a peaceful stroll along the river bank. We are also within easy walking distance of the Eden Court theatre and the Northern Meeting park. Invernevis is a superb base from which to explore, Loch Ness is a 15 minute drive and once there a cruise, or something a bit faster,on the Loch is not to be missed, Aviemore, within the Cairngorm National Park, is a 30 minute drive and the scenery in summer or winter is breath taking. Further afield the beautiful beaches of the west coast will amaze you and closer to home the Moray Firth Dolphins have been known to put on a show that even the Seals stop to watch. We can't guarantee the weather but we can guarantee the warmth of the Highland people.

Directions

By Train: Leaving the train station brings you onto Academy Street, turn right and walk along Academy Street until you come to the traffic lights at the end, cross over here and walk down Friars Lane, at the end cross Bank Street and walk over the suspension bridge (foot-bridge), once over the bridge cross Huntly Street and walk up Greig Street, at the end turn right and cross Kenneth Street at the pedestrian crossing, Fairfield Road is to your left, we are approximately half way along Fairfield Road on the left hand side.
