Gask House and its Farm Cottages is an impressive barn coversion with three, semi detached cottages set around a pretty courtyard garden. The farm is home to Highland cows, Shetland ponies, sheep, hens and ducks. Within the grounds is the Gask Cairn and impressive standing stone. The Cottages are all named after similar Clava type cairns of which Gask is one.Tordarroch Cottage is a duplexstudio with downstairs kitchendiner and spiral staircase leading to an upstairs bedroom with king size bed and lounge area and spectacular views to the Gask lochan. standing stone and ring cairn and Monalaidth mountains beyond. The well equipped kitchen provides a dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge and freezer, electric ceramic hob, electrc oven and microwave.The living area comes provides a TV with Sky TV and DVD. WiFi is available throughout the studio. The separate bathroom offers a bath and power shower and underfloor heating. The upstairs area has Velux blackout blinds for the long, light summer nights. Outside the property is a dedicated terrace and seating area. The property is available for two or more night stays with breakfast items for your preparation included in your stay such as coffee, tea, cereal, porridge, jam, butter, bread, milk. An ironing board, iron and hairdryer are also provided. The property is not suitable for crawling childrentoddlers on account of the spiral stairs to the living areabedroombathroom.

By Air:-Inverness Airport: is situated 28km away By Rail:Inverness Tail station is 14 km away with services to London, Perth, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Preston etc. By Ferry: Ullapool: 90 km By Road: From the south A9: Gask House Farm Cottages are situated approximately 110 miles 176 kilometres north of Perth. Take the A9 from Perth heading towards Inverness. Just before Daviot, 8 miles south of Inverness, take the B851 road sign-posted to Fort Augustus on the left. After approximatelt 3 miles along the road you will see the Village Hall and sports pitches. Approximately 500 yards after this you will find a right turning at Inverarnie Stores. Take this turning on to B861 - Corrimony Cottage is exectly 1 mile from the shop. Travel over the river, up the hill, over the crossroads and past the bus stop on the left. After a sharp right bend you will see the large standing stone in our field. We are the next drive on the right with black and white posts at the top. If you start going through the woods you have gone too far. From the east or from Inverness Airport:Gask House Farm Cottages are approximately 18 miles29 kilometres from Inverness Airport Follow directions to Inverness. On the A96 highway as you approach Inverness at the third roundabout take the first exit on to the southbound lane of the A9 dual carriageway (Inverness - Perth). Just after Daviot, 7 miles south of Inverness, take the B851 road sign-posted to Fort Augustus on the right (first exit on right after prominent church building at Daviot). After approximatelt 3 miles along the road you will see the Village Hall and sports pitches. Approximately 500 yards after this you will find a right turning at Inverarnie Stores. After crossing the Kessock Bridge (over the Beauly Firth) head south on the A9 dual carriageway (Inverness - Perth) for about 10 miles, by-passing Inverness. Just after Daviot, 7 miles south of Inverness, take the B851 road sign-posted to Fort Augustus on the right (first exit on right after prominent church building at Daviot).
