Strathness House is a privately and family run guest house with all the facilities that you would expect from a small hotel. Set in a prime area of the city, the emphasis is on personal service with a homely, Highland touch. Our services are personally centred around each guest. From small groups to the single business traveller, all are guaranteed a very warm Highland welcome. Each of our bedrooms is comfortably furnished with attention given to the needs of our guests. All rooms have private en-suite facilities, flat screen TV with Free view, Hostess Tray, direct dial telephone and free internet access to all guests with wireless-enabled laptops. 8 out of our 12 rooms have river views and are situated across two floors. We have a 24 hour reception for the convenience of our guests.

We are situated in the north of Scotland, known as The Highlands of Scotland, and in the capital city of Inverness. The hotel is located in the city centre, close to all travel stations, but is set in a prime location on the banks of the River Ness.
