Moyness House dates from 1880 and is the former home of the acclaimed Scottish Renaissance novelist, Neil M Gunn. It is an immaculately restored Victorian villa now offering luxurious bed and breakfast accommodation in a choice of 6 stylish and comfortable en suite bedrooms. This beautiful period home combines historic charm with every contemporary comfort, including free wireless internet connection, a wide choice of digital TV channels, CD players and DVD players. Moyness House is ideally located in a quiet residential street just a few minutes walk from Inverness city centre, with several excellent restaurants, Eden Court Theatre complex, and the River Ness all very nearby. There is ample parking within the grounds, and a peaceful and secluded walled garden for guests' enjoyment. For the comfort of the majority of guests, smoking is not permitted in any part of the house. We regret that we are unable to accommodate children younger than 5 years of age.
