Dunhallin House is a newly refurbished STB 4-star guest house set in the heart of the city of Inverness and providing extremely comfortable and relaxed bed and breakfast accommodation. Our aim is to deliver exceptional service in welcoming surroundings and to ensure our guests feel they are visiting a 'home from home'. There is a comfortable lounge area with books and games, and drying facilities are available for those engaging in outdoor activities. Packed lunches are available on request. Dunhallin is an excellent base from which to explore Inverness and the Highlands. Many of our guests visit Skye and the Orkneys on day trips and a wide range of outdoor activities is available including walking, biking, archery, clay pigeon shooting, paint ball and quad-biking to name a few. Loch ness is a 10 minute drive away, as is Culloden Battlefield, and the scenery surrounding Inverness is among the most beautiful in Scotland. Directions

A96 - Road: On the approach to Inverness, turn onto the A9 (South) towards, Perth. Take the next exit, just after passing under a bridge, signposted (amongst other things) 'Culloden Battlefield'. After 200m, turn left at the traffic lights. At the first roundabout take the second exit, heading for 'Hilton and Culduthel' Go straight over 2nd and 3rd roundabouts. At 4th roundabout turn right for 'City Centre'. At the traffic lights, turn left into Culduthel Road.A9 North - Road: Cross the Kessock Bridge on the A9. Cross a roundabout, and continue past the exit for Aberdeen, Nairn and Inverness Airport. Take the next exit, just after passing under a bridge, signposted (amongst other things) 'Culloden Battlefield'. After 200m, turn left at the traffic lights. At the first roundabout take the second exit, heading for 'Hilton and Culduthel' Go straight over 2nd and 3rd roundabouts. At 4th roundabout turn right for 'City Centre'A9 South - Road: Leave the A9 on the approach to Inverness at the turning signposted 'Hilton and Culduthel' Go straight over 1st roundabout, again heading for 'Hilton and Culduthel' Go straight over 2nd and 3rd roundabouts. At 4th roundabout turn right for 'City Centre'. At the traffic lights, turn left into Culduthel Road. Dunhallin is 100m on the right, directly opposite the entrance to Culduthel Place.Inverness Rail and Coach - Train: Enter Academy Street from the main entrance to the railway station, or from the coach station, and turn left. At the top of Academy St, just beyond the rail station and opposite Marks and Spencers, is a taxi rank (approximately 100m from the rail station and 300m from the bus station). A taxi to Dunhallin should cost £4-5Inverness Airport - Air: Follow the signs to Inverness. Once on the A96, follow the directions 'From the A96' By Taxi Taxis are available from outside the terminal (01463) 222222, 719719, or 229229 amongst others. Taxis can also be pre-booked on these numbers. The fare to Carnoch should be around £12-15.
